Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it. ~ Ephesians 5:25 KJV

Husbands are you loving your wives? Many times there is neglect occurring in families. The husband is not doing his part in loving his wife. The friends are more important than the wife. This will make a family out of order. We must first love God and then our spouse is second but first before anything else. She is first before the children, before work, and before any ministry. There is a proper order for godly unity and family.

Husbands need to be loving and sacrificial as Christ was sacrificial to the church. He thought of the church before his own desires. He loved us and died for us. Jesus set an example for husbands. They should think of their wives first. As the man takes care of the woman the woman will also take care of him because both are being sacrificial to each other. There will be unity when your eyes are on the other person and ministering to them. Another word for “ministry” is serving. As you serve your wife she will serve you in return and both will be satisfied. The enemy will have no place for destruction if there is peace, love and unity.
